These terms apply when you use our website or place an order with us. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. If anything here is unclear, call us and ask.

This website is operated by Lucky Boy Restaurant, 636 Rockaway Turnpike #3, Lawrence, New York 11559, telephone (516) 239-9352. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Menu, prices and availability

We try to keep the menu on this website accurate and current, but prices and availability can change without notice. Items sell out, seasonal specials rotate, and market-priced items vary. The price you are quoted at the time your order is confirmed is the price that applies.

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will call you to arrange a substitute or a refund for that item.

Placing an order

Orders may be placed by phone, and, when the service is available, through our website for pickup. Your order is not confirmed until we accept it, either verbally on the phone or through a confirmation message for online orders.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraudulent payment, an inability to fulfill the order, or an error in pricing or item availability. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund it in full.

Pickup orders

• All orders placed through this website are for pickup at our restaurant. We do not deliver directly.
• We will give you an estimated pickup time when your order is confirmed. Times are estimates, and can run longer during busy periods.
• Pies are baked to order and require additional time. Please allow for this when planning your pickup.
• Please pick up your order at the time given. We hold prepared food only as long as it is safe and good to eat, and we cannot remake orders left uncollected.
• Once food leaves our restaurant, its safe handling, storage and reheating is your responsibility.

Payment

• We accept cash and major credit and debit cards.
• A surcharge is applied to credit card purchases at our restaurant. The current rate is posted on our menus and displayed before you complete an order. You can avoid this surcharge by paying cash.
• Online payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Applicable New York State and Nassau County sales tax is added to your order.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is prepared fresh to order, our policy is as follows:

• Before we start preparing your order, call us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
• Once preparation has begun, we may not be able to cancel or refund the order, since the food has already been made.
• If something is wrong with your order, such as an item missing, the wrong dish, or food that is not right, call us the same day. We will remake the item or refund it. We would much rather fix it than have you not come back.
• Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and typically take five to ten business days to appear.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Ingredient and nutrition information on this website is provided as a general guide and may not reflect recipe changes or substitutions.

Alcohol

Wine is served on our premises only, to guests aged 21 and over, in accordance with New York State law. We do not sell alcohol for pickup or off-premises consumption, and we may ask for valid identification.

Gift cards

If we issue gift cards, they may be redeemed for food and drink at our restaurant. They cannot be redeemed for cash except where New York law requires it, and we are not able to replace lost or stolen cards.

Use of this website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Introduce viruses or other harmful code
• Scrape, copy or republish our content for commercial use without permission
• Place fraudulent or knowingly false orders

Our content

The text, photographs, menu, logo and design on this website belong to Lucky Boy Restaurant or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Customer reviews quoted on this site remain the words of the people who wrote them, and are reproduced with attribution to their original source.

Our website links to services we do not operate, such as Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those sites.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability
